Additional front axle assembly parts for vehicles with EDC and/or 8cyl.engine are required from the car manufacturer: For the front BMW part no.: dome bearings 31331091709 + washer 31331116983 + collar 31331110196. For the rear BMW part no. 33521091710+33521090282 dome bearing + 33521092986 washer + 31331137932 dust cover + 33531091031 bump stop. For the rear axle sport shock absorbers will be supplied, the factory air spring will maintain. The lowering of the vehicle needs to be done according to the instructions.

ST X Coilovers for BMW 5 Series (E39)

Need to get low? ST X Coilovers feature a continuous thread construction for height adjustment from moderate to eXtreme! Each coilover is manufactured by KW Automotive and their expertise and knowhow ensures maximum quality and fantastic driving dynamics!

Once installed, the ST X coilover can be easily adjusted using a polyamide ring on the galvanized, multiple-sealed strut. Adjustment is different for each car but typically you can expect between 35mm and 65mm of lowering on both the front and rear axles. For lowered cars as standard (such as the BMW 3 Series E9x) the ST X coilover features a range of 30mm to 60mm on the front axle and 25mm to 55mm on the rear axle.
