Supersport now offers these superb 30% up-rated sports dampers that will compliment any lowering spring kit. Each damper is up-rated and hand built using heavy duty piston rods combined with a firmer damping setting. The dampers are fixed rate and cannot be adjusted. Each damper is oil filled and gas assisted and can be used in conjunction with any brand of lowering spring that does not lower any more than 80mm.
Each shock absorber is powder coated in the unique silver/grey Supersport colours and is supplied individually as a complete boxed set of 4 dampers.
Most rear dampers are pan height adjustable giving the rear of the car 5 separate height adjustment options. The spring plate can be moved to tailor to your desired ride height. This pan height adjustment allows you to have the rear of the car lower, higher or level with the front of the car! There are usually 5 stage adjustments on most kits separated by a 10mm gap.
When fitted the Supersport Sprint dampers will firm up the ride, reduce body roll and generally increase the handling and road holding capabilities of the vehicle.
