Our website is 100% secure and utilises the latest industry leading encryption so you can be sure that your private information is in safe hands. We do not pass on customer details to any other company or organisation therefore combating fraud and reducing those annoying spam emails.
Our website allows you to browse over 250,000 products 24 hours a day, 7 days a week! We only sell quality products that we would use ourselves, ensuring a very high level of customer satisfaction.

When ordering over the phone our sales advisor will require your vehicle details, the products you wish to order and of course your prefered payment details so please have all of this information to hand before calling. We accept Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Switch/Maestro or Solo. Unfortunately we no longer accept cheques as a form of payment.
To make a card purchase we need your card number, expiry date, name and address of the card holder and the last 3 digits on the signature strip (CVC/CVV2 Number). All details given will be security checked and credit card details will be checked against those held by the credit card company for complete customer security.
We always report credit card fraud to the police.
Please note: It is a legal requirement that we declare the full value of the goods (not including shipping charges) on all packages destined outside the United Kingdom and shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. It is a criminal offence to falsify the details on this form. We cannot inaccurately describe the contents, claim a lower value or mark as a gift. Please do not ask, or expect us to do any of the above. For details of Customs charges please consult your own Customs authorities for the latest rates.
Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We are unable to reimburse any costs incurred regardless of the circumstances.
Limited stock or end of line products are allocated to active orders first.
Every product in our online shop shows you the approximate delivery timescale for that particular product when in stock. This way you know roughly how long it will take to receive your goods. Some products must be ordered from the manufacturer but this is reflected in the delivery times. This also means that products in your order may arrive separately. Please do not book your vehicle in for work until you have received and double checked your order. If you would like an update on the status of your order please contact us quoting your order number.
Important note for PayPal orders – Orders will always be charged as soon as they are placed, regardless of the availability of the product.
We ship performance car parts to many countries around the world and a lot of our products come with FREE UK delivery. To find out what it will cost to have the products you want delivered right to your door just pop them in your basket and you will be shown the delivery charges right there and then. There are no hidden charges when shopping with Venom Motorsport.
