We do not pass on customer details to any other company or organisation therefore combating fraud and reducing those annoying spam emails.

Our website allows you to browse over 100,000 products 24 hours a day, 7 days a week! We only sell quality products that we would use ourselves, ensuring a very high level of customer satisfaction.

You can place your order over the phone 6 days a week Mon-Fri between 9.00am and 17.30pm or 9.00am to 15.00pm on a Saturday. We are closed on Sundays.

When ordering over the phone our sales advisor will require your vehicle details, the products you wish to order and your prefered payment details. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Visa Debit, Switch, Solo, Visa Electron, Delta and JCB. Alternatively you can send cash, cheque or bankers draft.

To make a card purchase we need you card number, expiry date, name and address of the card holder and the last 3 digits on the signature strip (CVC Number). All details given will be security checked and credit card details will be checked against those held by the credit card company for complete customer security.

We always report credit card fraud to the police.

Fax
Please fax your orders to us on 01254 820006 detailing your products requirements, vehicle details and personal delivery information. We will contact you regarding payment and availability. Please do not fax your payment information.

If you do not have a credit or debit card you can always send your payment in the post (please do not send cash). Cheques should be made payable to ‘Venom Motorsport Ltd’ and please ensure you write your name, address and phone number on the reverse of the cheque. Also, don’t forget your order information!

As soon as the cheque has been cleared we will send out your order. You must allow 4 working days for the cheque to clear. We strongly advise you do not send money in the post.

Bank drafts and postal orders will ensure immediate despatch of your order depending on stock levels.
