ECS Stage 1 Big Brake Kits Rear

ECS Tuning can now offer a big brake upgrade for the rear of your VAG car - The ECS Tuning Stage 1 rear brake kit features a 308x22mm vented 2 piece, directional vane light weight disc and custom zinc or cadmium plated steel mounting hardware. By retaining the use of the factory caliper ECS are able to keep the price low and retain the standard hand brake. With simplicity in mind, ECS have designed this kit to re-use the existing calipers and pads meaning there is no need to change or replace the calipers or bleed the brakes when fitting. The kit essentially consists of a larger diameter disc with caliper extension brackets. Fitting this kit should take no longer than a normal brake disc change and all kits come with a comprehensive fitting kit and detailed instructions.

ECS offer this kit in both vented and solid disc options to suit your standard brake setup. If your car is fitted with solid discs and you would like to fit an ECS rear brake kit with vented discs, please see our ECS Stage 1 v2 rear kit.

Due to casting imperfections on OE Audi/VW suspension arms, casting waste may need to be filed down before fitting of discs. This has no effect on the structural integrity of the part.

Solid disc cars use a 308x9mm disc. A4/S4 uses a 306x22mm disc.
